Lemon & Mint Infused Water

I just returned from the Middle East and I wanted to keep up the habit of mixing mint and lemon in my drinks. I had some beautiful lemons and mint growing in my patio garden. It is so refreshing and healthy, so I wanted to share some of the health benefits with you
